First impression: "Oh, cool it's not a bubbly theme, it's not an adobe knock off, and it's not a win shine knock off"
First impression after installing: "The only thing that has obviously changed (I usually use win 7 shine by zain adeel) is the window border"

I'm happy to see more work from one of my favorite UI designers! This one has a good feel to it that I haven't seen before. It has a lot of white, and, while I'm not a big fan of white, it does fit with itself. It also has more opaque than I prefer. However, the slight transparency in the window bars look very nice.
One issue I have is that the scroll bars are barely visible. Here is a comparison of the Default Google Drive Scroll bar with the Lucido Scroll bar [link] Notice that the color of Lucido scroll bar makes it barely visible, even when zoomed in. (I included the google drive scroll bar both as a comparison and as an example of a color that would be easier to see against a white background)
An aesthetic (as opposed to utility) problem I found is that the taskbar, tasktips, and start menu don't seem to match the window borders. They do look nice (I'm a big fan of the transparency on them), but it could be improved by including something like the alpha gradient present in the top window borders.
As for the skins, I have not tried them (I'm not a user of rainmeter), but they look very well done from the screenshot provided.
TL;DR:
Usability 6/10 - scroll bars are invisible in some situations, and that causes problems
Creativity 8/10 - I haven't seen this kind of effect in a window border before
Aesthetics 5/10 - Brighter than I prefer but still looks good, also could use a rework of the taskbar, task tips, and the start menu to include the themes in the window borders
Overall 7/10 - well done, better than a lot of the crap I've seen. Not sure I'll use it longer than a little bit because I like mostly transparent themes. (I enjoy when the colors of my background set the feel for the theme)
Hey kiko, I'm pretty sure you stay busy so I'll get right to the point. First, let me say I haven't seen anybody that's even remotely close to being as great as you are with visual styles. Seriously, on the entire internet, you've got no competition. None. Within your galleries there are numerous themes I pretty much can't live without. Right now that theme happens to be this one, Lucido.
Honestly I didn't mean to shove my entire nose up your bunghole, but whatever, I like your stuff.
The reason I'm leaving this comment is to very humbly ask if you can make two very small, pretty much minuscule changes, if at any point you find yourself with the free time to do so. The two changes I'm talking about are listed below.
First, the font color of the right hand side of the Start menu (Documents, Music, Pictures, Computer, Control Panel, etc) is currently white, and that makes it very hard to see a lot of the times when the start menu is covering something that's also white or any light color. If you could make that font color darker, it would immediately fix the issue I'm having.
Second, and not nearly as imperative as the first, is the color of the 'idle' or non-hovered scroll bar. It's a very light grey and when you have a window open with a very long portion of content, say an IRC channel that's been open for days, the scroll bar selector thing is very small. The scroll selector, being small and very light grey in color, becomes difficult to see sometimes. Not impossible, but definitely not intuitive.
That's it, just those two things. I hate to sound like an ungrateful ass who thinks the world revolves around him, and if this comment came across that way, I assure you that's not who I am. My point is that I really really like your visual styles, and I use them for extremely long periods of time without ever changing them. Which is why I notice these two small 'issues' for lack of a better word, and thought it'd be worth asking politely if you could make a change to them.
Godspeed, kiko. Keep making interfaces that look better than the stuff Microsoft puts out, you deserve all the success in the world.
Wow, just wow. You are clearly the best windows visual style skinner on deviantART, maybe on the planet. I can't tell you how happy I am with this theme. It's minimal, clean, crisp, beautiful transparency on the taskbar, everything is just as it should be. Believe it or not I actually have it alongside a very dark wallpaper, and it works perfectly. Thanks kiko, you the man.
could you tell me how you got those etched icons to work in Win 7? I know there's a .psd file, but it's just too much work ... if you could tell me other way to have them in Win7, i would appreciate. great great theme btw!
